On Call Services

Available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, Synergy provides staff on standby round the clock for our patient’s emergency needs. If necessary, our staff will provide troubleshooting assistance, supplies or replacements in the event of an emergency. Rest assured that you will always get a live person to help you in your time of need.

Personalized Education

Everyone learns at their own pace and the same is true for our patients. Receiving and understanding new therapy can be difficult. If they don’t understand it, they won’t use it. Synergy is committed to helping our patients to understand their equipment. Every patient is given a personal demonstration on the operation, cleaning and troubleshooting of their equipment, even though we are always available for assistance.

Supply Program

Synergy patients are called regularly to check on their therapy and the need for replacements and supplies. This program is specifically for our Medicare patients.

Respiratory Therapists on Staff

Synergy employs Certified Respiratory Therapist to be available to answer questions regarding mask, devices, cleaning, and troubleshooting. It’s like having your own personal therapists at your fingertips.
